Mechanics:

1. Transact within the Starpay App for any of these services: bills payment, mobile prepaid e-load, cash-in (via InstaPay, Dragonpay and 7-Eleven), and gaming pins.

2. Earn a corresponding number of raffle entries upon successful payment of the following:

 • BILLS PAYMENT

a. 2 Raffle Entries for every transaction of at least PHP 100

3. There will be eleven (11) weekly winners of PHP 1,111 each in Starpay credits for every scheduled draw date. Winners will receive their prize straight to their Starpay wallet within 7 days after the announcement of winners.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to all Starpay registered and upgraded Level 2 accounts.

2. Starpay users will earn a corresponding number of raffle entries for every qualified transaction. A qualified transaction must include a specific service and a minimum payment amount.

3. All raffle entries for cash-in are valid from transactions using InstaPay, Dragonpay and 7-Eleven only.

4. Raffle entries are counted by individual transactions:

Ex.
– IF Juan purchases a PHP 100 E-load SKU three times (rather than loading PHP 300  in    a single transaction)
 THEN, Juan will earn 9 Raffle Entries

 – IF Juan purchases a PHP 300 E-LOAD SKU as a one-time transaction
 THEN, Juan will only earn 3 Raffle Entries

5. Starpay will keep track of how the raffle entries are being earned, assign the electronic raffle entries, and select the winners using a randomizer in the presence of an internal audit representative and a DTI representative.

6. There will be 11 winners per raffle draw. Non-winning entries after the first batch of raffle draw will not be included in the second batch of raffle draw.

7.  Each winner will receive the PHP 1,111 cash credits added to their Starpay wallet within 7 working days after the announcement of the winners.

8. A qualified Starpay user can only win once during the promotion period.

9. Winners will be notified through registered email, phone call and text message.

10. Starpay employees and affiliates are not allowed to join, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity.

11. Starpay reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

12. The promotion period will run from November 11, 2022 – November 25, 2022.

3. Paano kapag ang halaga ng transaction ko ay hindi parehas sa required payment amount? 

– No worries! Basta ang halaga ng iyong transaction ay hindi baba sa required na payment amount.

4. Paano ko malalaman kung ako ay may nakuhang raffle entries?

– Kapag ang iyong mga transactions ay pasok sa mechanics ng promo, ang iyong raffle entries ay automatic na recorded sa aming system. 

5. Magkano ang premyong aking puwedeng mapanalunan? 

– Ikaw ay may chance manalo ng PHP 1,111 na Starpay Credits kapag ikaw ay nabunot sa weekly raffle draw tuwing Monday. 

6. Paano ko malalaman kung isa ako sa mga nanalo?

– Kami ay may mag-popost sa Starpay social media pages ng first name at last name initial ng mga nanalo. Ito ay upang maprotektahan ang pagkakakilanlan ng mga nanalo at para na rin sa kanilang seguridad at kaligtasan.

– Ang mga nanalo ay tatawagan ng official Starpay Customer Service Representative one (1) working day matapos i-announce sa social media, para kumpirmahin ang iyong pagkapanalo.

7. Kailan ko matatanggap ang aking premyo?

– Maaaring matanggap ang iyong premyo sa loob ng pitong araw matapos ang announcement ng winners sa aming social media pages. 

8. Taga-Visayas o Mindanao ako, puwede rin ba akong sumali sa promo?

– Oo naman! Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao. Buong bansa ay puwedeng-puwede sumali sa promo na ito.

9. Ako ay may katanungan o concern tungkol sa promo, sino ang puwedeng kontakin?
