  1. Referrers will share their unique Referral Code with their Referred User (“Referred”)
  1. During the registration of the Referred user, the Referred must input the referral code of the Referrer. 
  1. The Referred must sign up, register, be verified, and be upgraded to Level 2 during the Campaign Duration period.
  1. After completing the above conditions, the Referrer and the Referred will receive PHP 25.00 each.
  1. The Referrer may refer as many Referred users during the Campaign Duration period.
  1. Standard procedures on registration and upgrading should be strictly observed (i.e KYC). 
  1. The standard Level 2 KYC upgrade turnaround time (TAT) is at most 7 working days.
  1. The PHP 25.00 reward will be credited to the referrer and referee’s Starpay accounts every Friday at 5:00 PM.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This campaign is open only to the following customers:

a. Referrer – a person who invites a friend. The referrer must be a Starpay Level 2 account, old or newly registered. 

b. Referee –  a person who was invited and registered using a referral code. The referee must be a newly registered Starpay Level 2 account. 

  1. The referral reward to be received is Php 25 per successful invite. Referrers can earn as much as they can during the campaign period.
  2. The referrer will earn Php 25 once their referred friend (referee) registers and upgrades to level 2.
  3. The referrer and referee will both earn the Php 25 after meeting the conditions stated in number 3. 
  4. The referral reward will be credited to the referrer and referee’s Starpay accounts every Friday at 5:00 PM.
  5. Users with duplicate accounts, blacklisted, and flagged for fraudulent behavior cannot participate in this campaign. Starpay reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the campaign to win prizes or receive benefits).
  6. Starpay reserves the right to withdraw rebates or rewards from invalid accounts, even if the user has already received the rebate or reward.
  7. Promo period is from December 15, 2022 – March 15, 2023.

1. Paano ako makakasali sa Starkada Challenge: Refer a Friend and Earn?

a. Buksan ang iyong Starpay App at i-tap ang ‘Menu Button’. 

b. I-click ang ‘Invite Friends’ para makita ang iyong unique Referral Code. (Tandaan: Dapat ikaw ay Level 2 user para magkaroon ng Referral Code)

c. I-share ang iyong Referral Code sa iyong mga Starkadas. 

2. Mayroon nagbigay sa akin ng Starpay Referral Code, ano ang sunod kong gagawin?

a. Mag-download at mag-register sa Starpay App. 

b. Ilagay ang referral code galing sa iyong friend sa ‘Enter Referral Code’ na makikita sa pinakababang parte ng registration page.

c. I-upgrade ang iyong account gamit lamang ang isang valid ID. 

3. Magkano ang aking kikitain kada referral? 

a. Sa kada referral ay kikita kayo ng ni-refer mo ng tig-Php 25 kapag ang iyong referred friend ay nag-register at nag-upgrade to Level 2. 

4. Magkano naman ang kikitain ng aking referred friend? 

a. Ang iyong referred friend ay kikita rin ng Php 25 kapag nakumpleto niya ang registration at Level 2 upgrade sa kanyang Starpay account.

5. Hanggang ilan ang puwede kong i-refer? 

a. Walang limit ang pag-refer sa Starpay, puwedeng-puwede ka mag-refer ng kahit ilang friends.

6. Magkano ang maximum referral reward na ang aking puwedeng matanggap?

a. Walang maximum referral reward dahil maaari kang kumita ng unlimited kapag masipag kang mag-refer. Kaya naman refer lang ng refer!

7. Kailan ko matatanggap ang referral reward? 

a. Maari mong matanggap ang referral reward sa iyong Starpay account tuwing Friday ng 5:00 PM. 

8. Taga-Visayas o Mindanao ako, puwede pa rin ba akong sumali sa promo?

a. Oo naman! Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao. Buong bansa ay puwedeng-puwede sumali sa promo na ito.

9. Ako ay may katanungan o concern tungkol sa promo, sino ang puwedeng kontakin? 

a. Ang aming Customer Service team ay handang sumagot sa mga katanungan o concerns n’yo ng Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM. until 5:00 PM.
