Smart Promo

Promo is valid from 07/28/2021 to 10/30/2021

This promo shall be open to existing and new users who purchase load products through Buy Load in the Starpay app.

1. Each load denomination purchase will have corresponding raffle entries. The equivalent entries per denomination are as follows:

Applies to both regular load and promos / combos

• Smart / TNT 50-99 = 1 raffle entry

• Smart / TNT  100-199 = 3 raffle entries

• Smart / TNT  200-299 = 6 raffle entries

• Smart / TNT  300-499 = 8 raffle entries

• Smart / TNT  500-999 = 12 raffle entries

• Smart / TNT  1000 = 25 raffle entries

(Note: Must be a single, not accumulated purchase.)

2. Promo period will run from JULY 28, 2021 -OCTOBER 30, 2021

3. There will be a monthly draw to determine 10 winners who will be awarded P5,000 credited to winners’ Starpay Account.

4. Winners will be announced through Starpay social media (fb.com/starpayph) and will receive their consolidated reward in their Starpay account within 1 week (7 working days)

8. Starpay reserves the right to disqualify users for the Starpay – Smart Load Raffle promo, who have been determined to be fraudulent or abusive to either/both Starpay and DTI.

9. A single user can only win once. However, this is limited only to the unique user’s registered Starpay account. A unique customer is determined by Starpay in accordance with the information submitted during Starpay account registration and/or identity markers used by Starpay against its entire Starpay base. For example, a customer who uses multiple account(s) or SIM(s) will be treated as one unique customer.

HOW TO DRAW WINNERS?

10 WINNERS OF P5,000 WORTH OF STARPAY CREDITS will be extracted from the list of eligible users every month, 2 working days before the raffle draw.

Once winners are selected, Starpay will post the winners via Social Media (Facebook and Instagram) every end of the month.

Winners will be informed via SMS, and will receive the accumulated/consolidated reward to their Starpay account within 1 week (7 working days)

1. Who are eligible for the promo?

Answer: All Starpay users who bought load inside the Starpay app

2. If I make a load purchase that’s not exactly equal to the denomination (e.g., P52, P155, etc.), do I still get a raffle entry?

Answer: YES. As long as it’s within the denomination range.

3. How do I know if I already received a raffle ticket/entry for the promo after purchasing Smart Load?

Answer: If you have successfully purchased a load denomination, you will automatically have a raffle ticket in our system.

4. What are the prizes to be given?

Answer: 10 winners will win P5,000 worth of Starpay Credits every month from July 28, 2021 -October 30, 2021

5. How will I know if I won?

Answer: Wait for Starpay’s announcement of winners on the respective dates in Starpay social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).

6. If I won, how do I claim my prize?

Answer: If you win, Starpay staff will contact you on how you will claim your prize.

7. I live in Visayas / Mindanao, am I still eligible for the promo?

Answer: Yes! The Smart load promo is implemented nationwide as long as you have met the terms and conditions of the Starpay Smart Load Promo.
