Mechanics:
1. Download, register, and upgrade to a Level 2 Starpay account.
2. Scan-to-pay at least PHP 100 to any store with a QR Ph code using your Starpay app.
3. Every transaction has a corresponding number of raffle entries. There are 5 winners per weekly draw who will receive PHP 2,000.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion is open to all Starpay Level 2 users.
2. Participants will earn corresponding raffle entries for every scan-to-pay transaction of at least PHP 100 to any store with a QR Ph code via the Starpay app.

Ex:
- If Juan pays his bill worth at least PHP 100 using the Starpay app in a Starpay QR Ph store, he will earn 5 raffle entries.
- If Juan pays his bill worth at least PHP 100 using the Starpay app in a Maya QR Ph store, he will earn 3 raffle entries.
3. Only Pay QR transactions made via Person-to-Merchant (P2M) payments are eligible for raffle entries.
4. The following are the drawing schedules:

5. Starpay will monitor how the raffle entries are being earned, assign the electronic raffle entries, and select the winners using a randomizer in the presence of an internal audit representative and a DTI representative.
6.Each weekly raffle will draw five winners. Non-winning entries after each draw will not be included in the next raffle draw.
7. Each winner will have PHP 2,000 in cash credits added to their Starpay wallet within 7 working days after the winners are announced. Winners can only win once during the entire promotional period.
8. The announcement of the winners will take place on the day following the scheduled raffle date.
9. Winners will be notified through registered mail, phone call and text message.
10. Starpay reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
11. Starpay employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
12. The promotion period will run from October 10, 2023 – November 6, 2023.

a. Maaaring kang manalo nang PHP 2,000 na Starpay Credits kapag ikaw ay napili sa weekly raffle draw.
7. Paano ko malalaman kung isa ako sa mga nanalo?
a. Kami ay magpo-post sa Facebook and Instagram pages ng Starpay, kasama ang first name at last name initial ng mga nanalo. Ang announcement ay magaganap sa susunod na araw matapos ang nakatakdang raffle date.

a. Maaaring matanggap ang iyong premyo sa loob ng pitong araw matapos ang announcement ng winners sa aming Facebook at Instagram pages.
9. Taga-Visayas o Mindanao ako, puwede rin ba akong sumali sa promo?
a. Oo naman! Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao. Buong bansa ay puwedeng-puwede sumali sa promo na ito.
