Mechanics:

1. Perform any of the following within the Starpay App:

Terms and Conditions:

1. All registered and upgraded Level 2 Starpay accounts are eligible for the promotion.

2. Raffle entries per completed activity are counted by individual transactions:

Ex.
– IF Juan pays his bill worth PHP 100  three times (rather than paying PHP 300  in    a single transaction)
 THEN, Juan will earn 9 Raffle Entries

 – IF Juan pays his bill worth  PHP 300 as a one-time transaction
 THEN, Juan will only earn 3 Raffle Entries

3. Only Cash In transactions made with InstaPay, DragonPay, and 7-Eleven are qualified to earn  raffle entries.

4. Only Pay QR transactions through Person-to-Merchant (P2M) payments are eligible for raffle entries.

6. Starpay will keep track of the raffle entries on a daily basis and choose the winners using a system randomizer in the presence of a DTI representative and an internal audit representative.

7. Each draw, there will be 25 winners of PHP 500 Starpay credits, 10 winners of PHP 1,000 Starpay credits, 5 winners of smartphones, and 5 winners of laptops.

8. Winners can only win once during the entire promo duration. Non-winning entries will not be included in the next draw.

9. Winners will be notified of their prizes via their registered email, snail mail, phone call, or text message from the Starpay Customer Service Representative. 

10. A list of winners will be posted on Starpay’s social media pages (Faceook and Instagram). Winners agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Starpay related to the promo.

11. Starpay will pay the 20% tax for prizes that are above P10,000.00.

12. Redemption of prizes is within 60 days upon receipt of notice from Starpay (email, text/ call, social media posting and registered mail). Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Starpay with prior DTI approval.

13. Starpay employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

14. The promotion period will run from December 12, 2022 – December 23, 2022.

1. Sino-sino ang puwedeng sumali sa “Pamaskong Handog Raffle Promo?

– Lahat ng Starpay Level 2 accounts, bago ka man o dati pang user. 

2. Ano ang mga dapat gawin para makakuha ng raffle entries?

– Para makakuha ng raffle entries, gawin lamang ang kahit alin sa mga sumusunod:

a. Mag-download, mag-register at mag-upgrade sa Level 2. 

b. Mag-transact ng cash-in (via InstaPay, Dragonpay at 7-Eleven), gaming pins, pay QR (person-to-merchant), bills payment, at mobile prepaid e-load. 

3. Paano ko malalaman kung ako ay may nakuhang raffle entries?

– Kapag ang iyong mga transactions ay pasok sa mechanics ng promo, ang iyong raffle entries ay automatic na recorded sa aming system. Para i-confirm kung ilan na ang iyong nakuhang raffle entries, tumawag lamang sa Starpay Customer Service hotline sa numerong ito (02)8333-7827.

4. Anong mga premyong aking puwedeng mapanalunan? 

– Mayroon kang chance manalo ng brand new laptop, smartphone  at Starpay Credits na nagkakahalaga ng aabot sa PHP 1,000. 

5. Paano ko malalaman kung isa ako sa mga nanalo?

– Ang mga nanalo ay i-popost sa Starpay social media pages (Facebook at Instagram) at tatawagan ng Starpay Customer Service Representative para kumpirmahin ang iyong pagkapanalo.

 6. Kapag ako ay manalo, paano ko makukuha ang aking premyo?

– Kapag ang iyong premyo ay Starpay credits, ito ay ipapasok diretso sa iyong          Starpay wallet. Kung ito naman  ay laptop o smartphone, ipapa-deliver namin ito sa iyong binigay na address sa loob ng 60 days matapos kang makatanggap ng notification ng iyong pagkapanalo. 

7. Taga-Visayas o Mindanao ako, puwede rin ba akong sumali sa promo?

– Oo naman! Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao. Buong bansa ay puwedeng-puwede sumali sa promo na ito.
