Mechanics:

  1. Pay any of your bills through Starpay and get P100 Cashback + Free Transaction Fee!
  2. Bills Payment amount should be a single transaction of at least P100
  3. User must have his/her account upgraded to Level 2.
  4. You may avail of the promo only once.
  5. P100 will be credited to your Starpay account within 24 hours after you successfully completed your payment
  6. Your bill payment should be made during the promo period to get the cashback.
  7. One Starpay account should be used per individual
  8. Starpay Affiliates and Employees are not allowed to join, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity.
  9. Promo period is from October 25, 2021 – October 31, 2021

1. Who are eligible for the promo?

  • All Level 2 Starpay users who made a minimum of P100 Bills Payment transactions in their Starpay Accounts (except Starpay Affiliates and Employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity)

2. If I don’t upgrade to User Level 2, am I still eligible to join the promo?

  • No! You must be a Level 2 user to join the promo

3. When will I receive the cashback? 

  • If you are a Level 2 user who paid a minimum of P100, you should receive your cashback within one (1) working day after your payment is posted as successful.

4. How many times can I avail of the cashback promo?

  • A user may avail of the cashback promo only once within the promo period..

5. I live in Visayas / Mindanao, am I still eligible for the promo?

  • Yes! The Cashback Promo is implemented nationwide as long as you have met the terms and conditions of Starpay’s Halloween Cashback Promo
