Mechanics:

  1. Starpay users who will transact within the Starpay App with the following participating products will earn a corresponding number of raffle entries:

    • BILLS PAYMENT 
    1. 2 RAFFLE TICKETS for every P100 transaction

• MOBILE PREPAID E-LOAD

  1. 3 Raffle Entries for every P50 transaction

• CASH IN
      a. 5 Raffle Entries for every P100 transaction

• GAMING PINS
      a.  5 Raffle Entries for every P100 transaction

  1. Raffle entries are counted by individual transactions:
    Ex.
    – IF Juan purchases a P50 E-load SKU three times (rather than loading P150 in a single transaction)
    THEN, Juan will earn 9 Raffle Entries

    – IF Juan purchases a P150 E-LOAD SKU as a one-time transaction
    THEN, Juan will only earn 3 Raffle Entries

  2. Generation of the First raffle entry shall be on November 5, 2021 while the last Raffle entry shall be on November 28, 2021, 11:59 PM
  3. Winners will be announced every Friday. (Raffle draw will occur 3 Days prior the announcement of winners)
  4. Every week, there will be:
    1. 11 WINNERS OF 1,000PHP WORTH OF SP CREDITS
    2. 11 WINNERS OF 500PHP WORTH OF PREPAID LOAD
  5. All non-winners will be included in a grand raffle  draw on November 30, 2021.
  6. Draw for the Grand Raffle will be on November 29, 2021.
  7. The Grand Raffle offers:
    1. 11 WINNERS OF 2,000PHP WORTH OF STARPAY CREDITS
    2. 11 WINNERS OF PLAY CLICK LTE SMARTPHONE
  8. A Starpay app user  can only win once
  9. Starpay Affiliates and Employees are not allowed to join, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity.
  10. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of notice from Starpay (text, call, and social media posting.) 
  11. Starpay will monitor the earning of the raffle entries, assign the electronic raffle entries and draw the winners via randomizer in the presence of an internal audit representative.
  12. Starpay will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00

HOW TO DRAW WINNERS:

  1. Starpay Affiliates and Employees are not allowed to join, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity.
  2. The winners will be drawn  from the list of eligible users  every day from November 5, 2021 to November 30, 2021, a day after the last entry. 
  3. List of eligible users will be imported to Starpay’s Random Raffle Draw System to draw the winners.
  4. Once winners are selected, Starpay will post the winners through Social media every Friday of the Promo Run (Facebook and Instagram).
  5. Winners’ identities will be verified through call-outs and SMS. 
  6. Verified winners will receive the accumulated/consolidated reward within 60 working days after the end of promotion.
  7. The process will be witnessed by an Internal Audit representative via zoom or google meet.

  1. Who is eligible for the promo?
    1. All Starpay users who transacted any of the following using  their Starpay Accounts: bills payment, mobile prepaid e-load, Cash-in and gaming pins, except Starpay Affiliates and Employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, who are not allowed to join.
  2. If I transacted (bills payment, mobile prepaid e-load, pitmaster or gaming pins)       in a denomination that is not exactly equal to the denomination specified in the mechanics, do I still get a raffle entry?
    1. YES! As long as it’s within the denomination range.
  3. How do I know if I already received a raffle ticket/entry for the promo after every transaction?
    1. If you have successfully transacted at the least the minimum denomination, you will automatically have a raffle entry in our system.
  4. What prizes are there to be given?

  1. How will I know if I won?
    1. A Starpay personnel will reach out to you through call and text. Kindly respond. 
  2. If I win, how do I claim my prize?
    1. Prizes are to be disbursed to your Starpay Account (if prize is Starpay Credits), credited to your mobile number (if prize is Prepaid Load) OR shipped to your provided address (if prize is LTE Smart Phone) within 60 working days after the notification that you won.
  3. I live in Visayas or Mindanao, am I still eligible for the promo?
    1. Of course! The promo is implemented nationwide as long as you have met the terms and conditions of Starpay 11.11 Raffle Promo.
